Heart Rate Based Training $150/month with a $150 Start-up Fee and a 3 month commitment

•    Athlete history, analysis of strengths and weaknesses
•    Goal setting and evaluation
•    Initial fitness test to determine HR zones and provide power baseline
•    Fitness test administered on stationary trainer with power measurement capability.
•    Subsequent fitness tests are available at $75/session to measure fitness gains.
•    Custom annual training plan
•    Development of training zones (RPE, Heart Rate)
•    Detailed, daily training schedules
•    Weekly training cycles delivered via www.trainingpeaks.com website and email including monthly goals.
•    4 emails per month answered in 48 hours
•    1 training plan review call per month, up to 30 minutes
•    1 training plan revision per month if needed
•    Downloadable HRM required
